Introduction: For my introduction in my first paper project, it remained the same in both the draft and the final paper. After reviewing it on my own and with the help of my writing lab professor we came to the conclusion that my introduction was a strong start to my paper and nothing I changed would really make a huge difference in my paper because I already had that good start so I decided to just leave it as it was.
Evidence and Explanations: As for my Evidence and Explanations I did add quite a bit to my final draft. In my rough draft I was honestly just rushing through it and not spending as much time as I could’ve been spending so I didn’t include enough quotes as I should’ve. My lack of quotes in the first draft was probably one of my major problems that needed to be fixed. When I talked about how Dweck addressed that having a Fixed Mindset can set you up for failure I decided to go ahead and add a quote of her backing up this idea.
Reorganization: For reorganization I didn’t really move anything major around besides quotes. I either ended up switching out a quote or moving it to somewhere I believed it fit better.
New Paragraphs: Comparing my rough draft and final draft as a whole they were pretty much the same length as I didn’t have to add/change many ideas and it was more minor mistakes that I added to to solve.
